Accommodation for invited speakers and chairs

Invited speakers and chairs will be accommodated in a Kremslehner Hotel in Vienna. Hotel arrangements will be made by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs, Health, Care and Consumer Protection.

Accommodation will be covered by the Ministry for the conference period, generally from Wednesday, 10 February, to Friday, 12 February 2027.

A longer stay in Vienna may be possible subject to availability and prior coordination with the hotel. Any additional nights outside the covered conference period must be paid privately.

Please note that costs related to accompanying persons cannot be covered by the Ministry.

Travel arrangements

Speakers and Chairs

For invited speakers and chairs, travel arrangements will be coordinated by the Ministry. For air travel, economy class tickets will be covered.

In order to proceed with travel and hotel bookings, invited speakers and chairs will be asked to provide the following information:

  • preferred travel dates and, where possible, preferred flight connections or flight times;
  • preferred departure and return airport;
  • a copy of the passport for the booking process;
  • information on whether a visa is required, if applicable.

Further details will be coordinated individually following confirmation of participation.

Participants and observers

Participants attending the conference as observers are kindly asked to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

Languages

The conference will be held in German and English. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in both languages.
