Anna Fox is a policy officer at the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs, Health, Care and Consumer Protection in the Department of Health Promotion and Prevention. Amongst other, she works on issues related to the health-related aspects of social connection and participation, loneliness and social isolation, as well as on healthy ageing, and on mental health promotion and Health in All Policies. Her academic background is in Global Health Policy, where she holds a M.Sc. from the London School of Hygiene, and International Development Studies (Mag. from the University of Vienna).

She has been with the Ministry for 9 years and represents Austria in several international and national working groups.
